The Experience
CT Darnell helped AD Moyer transform their space from 11 acres of sprawling, manual inventory management to a lean, efficient 4-acre yard. In the past, with ample space, the yard manager Glenn Bealer recalls, "We had lumber lying all over the place, on the ground, covered with tarps." Inventory was spread out, deck materials were hand-loaded into box trucks, and manual labor was extensive.

Everything Was Horizontal
That all changed when CT Darnell came on board. By shifting the yard's layout from horizontal to vertical storage solutions with 2 T-sheds and 2 L-sheds, everything began to fall into place. Adding 2 Power Bins offered the yard even more storage and improved loading efficiency.
Alex Moyer, the owner, recalls the initial conversations with CT Darnell: "About a year and a half before construction, we started planning with Clint. I had some ideas and sketched out a design, but Clint took it and made it so much better."
